 UCC是原美國公理會, 50年代跟不記得哪宗派合併了, 是美國數一數二的自由派教會, 同香港的中華基督教會在神學風格和教制上好似比較接近, 大家都有公理宗成分, 而且都是WCC成員, 但當然美國的在神學上大膽許多.
