Yeah I have Liberty Spikes they are about 6 or 7 inches long... first to get the hair damp i use a gel that isnt real thick and spread easily(doing this makes it much easier to spike later) then i use a thicker a gel that will make the hair thciker and much easier to clump together, then you clump the area that you want spiked and you twist and pull it up ward at the same time(dont worry if it falls back over mine usually does this) Then when you have everything spiked and looking good you blow dry it( Grab one spike at a time and hold it up and let the blow dryer do the work you may need twist some of them while doing this) then after it is standing and somewhat stiff apply elmers school glue or hair glue to each spike for stiffer hold... this may seem like a lot but it is worth it.. it takes me about 30 minutes or so but im pretty good at it.. Good luck man
