Okay, I see. Just to plau point counter point, the other problem with writing things do is, even after reviewing, A scaled doen, "proofread" version of an e-mail that deals with tough issue could be taken by the receiviner very harshaly, and unlike face to face contact, you are unable to immediately address those types of issues. you make good points jessica.
