Many of my son's friends still feel that the Napster Case was unfair because the music was available and Napster was passing it on just as they pass music on to each other.

One item we discussed in class that I thought was interesting was the name of Google. I would have assumed that Google trademarked that name and no one else could use it. I did not realize it is open for use but not in their format.
