Farewell to February�s exclusive street team

If you are reading this document then you are a huge supporter of Farewell to February and I would like to say thank you for listening. Your support has helped make this band everything it is to date.
However the future is what this letter is all about.
It is are goal to get our music heard by as many people as possible with the resources we have. We realize that we cannot do this all by ourselves and need as much help as possible. That is where the ground crew comes in. By the end of June, the demo �basements of broadway� will finally hit the streets. It is critical that everyone hears these first efforts by the band. We are asking that each ground crew member aid us in the sales of the demo. Members are asked to take as many demos as they think they can sell. Once in your hands you will be responsible for the discs and the money that you collect. Just because you take a stack doesn�t mean that you need to sell them all. If you feel you can�t then just return the demos to us. Don�t feel that you are stuck with them and then owe us money. We don�t want to do it that way, we trust each member to be honest with us.
When you get your demos, you will also be asked to bring around a sign up sheet for customers, which will ask for their name, email, place of residence and age if they are so inclined. We would like to be able to get in contact with as many people as possible in the future regarding shows, news, etc.
We are trying to make this street team as professional as possible. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks we can have ground crew t-shirts for you guys to wear while selling demos and at shows, etc. Just our way of saying thanks for all you guys and gals do.
As for up coming shows, we will be sending fliers more often to you guys to help us get the word out.
If anyone has any more ideas of how to promote the band we are willing to listen and we thank you for all you have done and continue to do.
If the Street team still interests you at all please make sure you email us and give us all you info. And if you know anyone that wants to join please feel free to get him or her involved. These next coming months will be very important for the band.
