She was at a 45 degree angle from Elven's tail and thats when she sprung stealthily and silently, the avenger of death. Her right fore hoof was aimed for Elven's Illium which is the bone that connects to the hip joint to create the point of the hip. She knew that Elven couldn’t cow kick at this angle since she struck close to her leg. Fly's left hoof was aimed a little to the left and lower at her hip joint. Let me connect with your hip joint and your back left hind leg will be useless for the battle and will only get worse because with hooves like mine, I’ll shatter it. Let me hit your Illium and I will break it, causing immense pain when you move that hind leg since you’ll be half way to a broken hip but not there yet. Not to mention rule out running, raised attacks and pivoting. Now, my dear Elven, move yourself forwards and I will hit the last protruding bone that makes up your hip joint. I will also tear your last muscle on your hindquartes which will shred one of the support threads that is one of the pupeteers for that leg. By hitting your last hip bone I will cause a sharp pain in your hindquarters, causing white hot jolts of pain when you move your poor left hind fulcrum. That’s gotta hurt.
Move backwards and I will hit your completely decimate two or three of your ribs. Not only are they the easiest bones to break in the equine anatomy but I have plenty of momentum. They are the cage of bone that encompases your internal organs, but don’t worry I won’t hurt them with this attack. But don’t forget that lying inches to the left of your ribs is your spinal column which I could hit. If I connect I will pinch at least one nerve, causing excruciating pain and temporary paralyzation which will make it a hell of a lot harder to continue fighting Dragonfly, not to mention winning.
Now Elven, try to sidestep, as most do, and you’ll find that it isn’t as easy as you think. Even if you do have enough time to execute this evasion (which you don’t) my aim would only be lowered on your body and I’d connect with the essential bone that is the beginning of your leg, the femur. Fly would feel a jolt of shock from fracturing or breaking your bone. The aftermath of breaking any bone was jarring but she was used to it by now and had come to love that feeling of bracing for a impingement and then it coming and being more than she’d expected. This would again, render the leg useless and painful for the rest of the battle. Take your time, think about it and find a way out, you’re going to need it.
Try to find a way out but I’m already off. You see, I'm quite a different person when it comes to battle. That is what I'm here for. To battle. To inhale the scent of chaos and destruction.
