Dude! No one greets us, and then they all start comin' outta the woodworks! Is this any way to treat a visitor? You don't pay attention until they stir up trouble? Some friends y'all are makin'. And hey, Shaz had Tyme cornered first.
Peripheral vision caught the form of the golden matriarch rocking towards them- and making good time, at that. At least she gave some warning...it's not like the ess started her attack out of nowhere or anything. Putting his airborne effort in stand-by, the sahib put in effort to get all four daggers back to the ground before the seraph made the collision- she was, after all, on a head-first course for him. His scythes were grounded, and his weight had just started its shift in the direction of the coming impact when the bulk of the minx connected with his shoulder. A short expletive was expelled along with a huff of breath- he'd under-estimated her weight by a bit. His own physique was shoved back to the other side, and his knees soon met the earth below him, although his pedestals were quickly gathered again. The pewter hessian hadn't fallen far from the temptress, and his forelegs acted as a pivot while his haunches were swung around. Flexing the muscles for an outward stroke, his bascule became rounded and soon unleashed a powerful kick, both hinds aimed at the female's chest. She was still close, and at this range rearing would hopefully only get the kick diverted to her tender stomach, and Shaz was still off to one side. Lesson one: never get behind your opponent.
