廉署落案起訴馬會前騎師萬成，控告他涉嫌貪污，向一名商人提供賽馬「貼士」，以換取該名商人代其在賽事中落注。

Christopher James Munce，37歲，被控一項串謀使代理人接受利益罪名，涉嫌違反《防止賄賂條例》等條例。被告將於明日上午9時30分在東區裁判法院提堂。

廉署於今年7月調查一宗貪污案件時拘捕被告。控罪指2005年12月14日至今年7月3日期間，Munce作為代理人，即代多名練馬師辦事的騎師，涉嫌與多名人士串謀，使Munce在無合法權限或合理辨解下從一名商人接受利益。

Munce涉嫌收取利益，即接受代他在賽馬中投注以及來自賽馬的派彩獎金，作為其向該名商人提供賽馬「貼士」，和在賽馬時以符合該等「貼士」的方式策騎的報酬。

被告已獲廉署准以保釋外出，等候明日提堂。
