Mike flat gets lucky this round. Greg went just barely red on the tree and unfortunately has to forfeit his 4.70 run. Mike figures out his problem and will take his ride all the way to the finals!

The #1 qualifier (Kent) gives it away with a red light. With the upset, Clint proceeds to the semis while making a nice pass. Team Satterfield appears to be back in the hunt for a win. Good job guys.

Mat was asleep at the wheel this pass. This was the third pass on David’s car in many months. Mat drives around David with his Auto Shop horsepower and NX assist.

Mike has his car figured out while Clint goes a touch too quick giving it all away. Clint has a very long drive back to Albuquerque, NM.

After the bad light the round before, Mat improves his average a bit against “Wild Turkey” Chris. Chris cruises on through for the win and a position in the finals.

Finals

Chris has the slight starting line advantage but he just can’t hold off Mike’s car at the stripe. Mike takes his first win of this OTS season and also gets a nice trophy from Texas Raceway for his accomplishment.

Congratulations to Mike McGraw and his team for their win this weekend. For those of you who don’t know, Gilbert has been working on a few cars getting them tuned up and dialed in for OTS. Mike’s car is one that he has been tuning on lately. Also congrats to Chris Dollar and his boys for their Runner-Up finish. A special thank you goes to Cindi and David McMillan at Texas Raceway for giving us a great facility for our race.
