Dear Carlos,

You must listen to the doctor that has diagnosed this mental disorder and follow his instructions.

Be aware that some symptons can make you believe in a different source and to keep you away from a solution from the medical point of way.

The only way to know if you are also suffering from demonic activity is going to an exorcist and let him to give you a diagnosis. But It's very important to tell him the truth, you must tell the priest you have been diagnosed of OCD.

In any case, If you're catholic, please don't forget to pray and to attend the holy sacraments. Praying and receiving the sacraments can help you for whatever problem you are suffering.
