Subject: Que Opinan del Islam?

Queria saber que opinan del Islam (Musulmanes) puesto que en el Coran incluso se habla de Jesucristo, María, y tienen el mismo concepto Cristiano de la "Inmaculada Concepción" puesto que nombran como María recibió la Concepción sin ser "tocada" por ningún hombre...
Despues, escuche opiniones que ubican a Mahoma como a un falso profeta, que hay de cierto en esto? puesto que de ser verdad, debemos tener en cuenta que hoy el Islam es una de las religiones con mas adeptos en el mundo...
