Gulls are pretty far at least for me. I live in North OC and work in LA county so it would take me about an hour to 2 hours to get there depending on the lovely LA traffic maybe even longer. I have gone to a few long beach Ice Dogs games and they were cool and cheap, but not the same as NHL/AHL, but a good time. Though they have the 1/2 naked girls running around the ice just like the Ducks do, so that made me feel a little at home! Though the Ice dogs girls have some talent they can actually dance unlike the Anahiem ice girl who can barely stay up on skates to scoop ice. Sure Joffrey is happy there is whole new crew this year, since they all got fired last year!
As for Casey and Shane , Mark and Joffery did that last time they were here and I never saw it either. It is on a like a local cable channel and I always miss it. I tried to watch, but everytime I tried to watch it was never on when it was supposed to be. But, I heard they didn't really interview them much and it was pretty short.
