I wouldn't get so hard on yourself with all this but continue to recogonize how your feeling. I'd guess that everything your discovering at one taste is just stirring up some internal conflicts and you may just be experiencing the sensation of resistance. Acknowledge that this is how you feel and allow yourself to move on. I can't wait to see you again at in-group or maybe yoga on mon.
