Author: DJEgirl... jg, never feel that you can't express your opinions. This is a board for all CSI fans, not just G/S shippers
Subject: 696 letters... went past my own limit. LOL Inside...
In reply to: jagglebelle : ) 's message, "I am sorry to say this but last nights CSI was a bit "much" for me. Guess I am getting old! LOL There were some really funny moments and Catherine really made a fool out of herself too! Call me dense but I just dont see the "shippyness" between Grissom and Sarah anymore....especially last night. (ducking for cover)" on 17:36:06 10/29/04 Fri

No need to duck (or take cover, LOL)... the G/S dynamic is one which people either can see plain as day or simply not find no matter how hard they watch and re-watch. Very interesting how the scene cut and switched to Sara right after Mrs. Brady's "even you fantasize, Mr. Grissom... a girl at the office?" I saw the bench scene to be very comfortable and intimately casual. The way he dropped his voice when he said "happily married", and how she immediately turned to face him, was very enjoyable for me. He also dropped his tone quite low when naming the explicit works of art at Pompeii. Methinks he's really been thinking about her and "them" (if I may call it that) since the near-DUI.

[> [> Oh, DJEgirl, that drop in his voice was just embarrasment. He thought he packed an extra peanut butter and jelly sandwich for sharing and din't remember that he fed it to the ants instead! Yes, that was a clever "cut". It was the unkindest "cut" of all, because there he was, thinking about Catherine, and they impose thoughts of Sara on him, because he just doesn't know what to do about taking care of her "cough drop problem". I think this year he will give her an Ant Farm, to take her mind off of The Smith Bros. -- Postrider, also wondering how they will mess up Catherine's chances of that job, so Gil can "console" her!, 07:56:46 11/04/04 Thu [1]

[> [> If he dropped his voice in embarassment, then why did he hold her gaze with a... how do I put this... sultry look in his eyes? -- DJEgirl... who notices EVERYTHING about those blue orbs, 22:27:51 11/04/04 Thu [1]

[> [> [> That "sultry" look was really a,"I'm so embarrassed that I forgot to bring you a sandwich." look--either that,or Griss was already suffering from indigestion! -- Postrider. If you're watching those blue orbs/Imagine Grissom counting carbs!/That's the joy when he could utter/"I'm now eating peanut butter!", 19:26:35 11/08/04 Mon [1]
