Washi nods quietly, his gaze settles on Akartis for the moment, compassion shining through. "I don't know Korats that well, so I think I'll take your word for it." The companionable weight of a wing across his back is blissful to one who hasn't felt such contact for years upon years, and on instinct, not quite realizing what he's doing, Washi turns his muzzle and rests it on Seleth's shoulder lightly... then when brain kicks back in, he faces forward again quickly. "It's been a while..." he mutters under his breath, somewhat to explain. When once again Seleth speaks, he grins, regaining his gentlemanly composure. "Then by all means, allow me," he says, taking the few steps necessary to approach Seleth's 'Ben and cracking the ribwall open, lightly slicing out the heart and offering it to his fellow Canis on his tailblade, with a side of rather mushy smiles. The howl touches him, and though he wishes he could join her and sing the same prayer, he stays silent. A healer's world must remain untouched by one who is a Warrior... this code he knows, and this code he has always followed.
