It is for their 4th annual Chapter convention and 20th foundation anniversary and she is the overall chairperson. the theme " Occupational Health Nursing Towards a Healthful Workplace" For the ADS: Major sponsor- 1 whole page $500, minor sponsor- 1/2 page - $300, Sponsor - 1/4 page $100, Benefactor - line ads $50.Gal, Ebeng, Vilma ,Elma and I agreed to collect money form our classmates who wants to give until we can come up with an amount and give our ads as a CVGH '79 Nursing graduate. Please reply and send me the money before June 15. Johnny, I tried to paste the contract to our website but I can't. If you can give me your email address I can send thru that.
