Bill,

Finials are not my strong suite so I asked another Flag buddie of mine and we seem to think (so don't hold us to this) but it seems to look like Span-American or maybe a fraternal Org. To us it does not look 1860's style but we could be wrong. One comment was it looks to be post Civil War to him.
