TV Q&A
'JAG' coming to Hallmark
October 27, 2005

Question: When "JAG" was ending, an article I read said that David James Elliott was doing a new series this fall for ABC. So far, I've seen nothing else about it.
In general, we "JAG" fans, and fans particularly of Elliott, have been sorely neglected as far as reruns are concerned. It seems every other series that's ever been on is rerunning constantly. We're doing well to get one rerun a week; a lot of times, none.
What can you tell us?

Answer: There is no new series -- yet. The former "JAG" star simply signed a series development deal with ABC and Touchstone TV earlier this year.
And you'll get "JAG" relief in January when the Hallmark Channel returns the series to its lineup.
In the meantime, you can catch Elliott playing a family man with amnesia in the new Lifetime movie "The Stranger I Married" on Nov. 27.-- Star news services
