Unfortunately, it was overlooked for some time, but now the Nigerian Bureau of Investigation and Delivery has determined that it can be sent to you.

Sure, there are some shipping costs. One or more of these will apply:

diplomatic charges
courier charges
demurrage
document charges
official release charges
only one small charge

Of course, none of the charges can be taken from the money which is to be yours, and there is good reason for this regulation. Namely, the money is as much fabulated as the package itself!
