Subject: Does he like me???

There is this boy in my band who lately i have noticed him flirting with me. It just seems so strange because no body ever flirts with me. I'm not sure if he even means anything by it.
At one of our band compatitons, it was late at night and where i live it gets really cold. i forgot the blanket i meant to bring and left my sweater on the bus. i was sitting there probably shivering and he said to me "you look cold. come up here and share this blanket with us. it's really warm" so i did. he scooted over so that i could sit next to him, rather than on the other side with people i know.
At the next band compatition, when we were getting on the bus, i notced he went out of his way to sit on the same bus as me. he sat by people he hates.
later that night, back on the bus, it was a really long ride, he said that my hat was cute and that it looked sexy. i wear a different hat then anyone else because of the instument i play. i didn't think much of either of those things until last night. i thought he was joking. now i'm not sure.
Last night, when we were leaveing band practice (if you noticed my life revovles around band) he came up to me and said my name ever so softly as i was walking back to building. then he said and i qoute "you really pretty, did you know that? i should paint you. yeah i really should paint you sometime" does he mean anything by this??? or is he just messing with me??? please help.
the main probelm is i am a freshman, he a jounir of senior.
HELP PLEASE!!!
