Subject: I love this girl but she has a boyfriend

I love this girl that I work with however she has a boyfriend of about two years. She and I once had an encounter however nothing came to fruition. She knows how I feel, and sometimes I think she still has some sort of connection with me. I know she doesn't want me to leave my job. I do things for her around work, I have even sent her flowers and love letters, her response to them was ok but not want I wanted. I want her to leave her boyfriend and experience life as it should be not just a comfort zone. What can I do? How should i react to her? Should I give her an ultimatem? I love her - Help me.
