heyya..

hair growth after rebonding is slower...hmm.. I don't think so. people i know who've gone for that (even myself) have hair growing at normal rate. hey, actually you should be thankful that your hair regrowth is slower..then it still maintains the straightness of the rebonding =D. the regrowth for my hair is awful! =P Really obvious that the roots are curly/frizzy and the ends are still very straight..ugh..have to go for another round then =\

i've actually been thinking of going for the rebonding wave (some call it ceramic perm) coz it seems that after having straight hair, i'm fickle enough to want it to be curlier now lol! i've read through a number of sites and people say its better to do the rebonding wave if you have longer hair. of course, even with shoulder-length hair you still can do it, it will still look good =). but those with hair length shorter than that should probably not, coz it won't create that much of an impact.

just some xtra info: its said that the curls will probably be much curlier when you have it done originally but will get looser after a coupla washings.

i'm not too sure about any good salons that do rebonding wave but from what i heard 'Monsoon' is a great one to go for. TCS artistes go there to do it (if u care much bout dat). if i am not mistaken, i think dat salon is also the first one in Spore offering rebonding wave. But be aware that they will set you back to S$350++!! which is a whole lotta munney. but if that is fine with ya, at least you'll be assured that its a really good salon rite? and u won't get half-baked services ;D

hope this helped ya. cheers!
