Brittled Hair!!!

Hi... I hav brittled hair after my mum brought me to a cheap hair cut. I was unsatisfied and went for another hair cut within that month. but i was not satisfied and for a expenive one. This hairdresser juz help me cut abit so i was not satisfied and went for a 3rd haircut. it was still at the saem lenght and it turns out to be bob hair. as i dun like the bob hair, i went for the 4th haircut. I'm still not satisfied. So i decided to do the ice-rebonding. but i m afarid it will turn out bad. Can u help me to think of a good way not to let me hair bob?? I have over-shoulder-lenght hair, but not ver long. I have brittled hair after i went for this hair cut. I am very sad as i like my hair alot.
