How about getting kicked out of a playground because the kids don't like your color and refused to play with you? Did that happen to you? And your father got stopped by the cops for no reason? Did that happen in your case? And people sent you emails saying women of one color are all fat & ugly, and not worth the same as women of another color? Did you ever hear that? Did your friend who lives in an upscale neighborhood keep getting pulled over simply because he's the only guy of a different color in the nieghborhood? Did you know an educated guy who contacted someone for a job, got the job on the phone, but when they saw he was not the color they thought he was, get denied? Did you ever have to take less money for your project because they have a limited budget for projects run by people of your color? Did you ever have a hard time breaking through the glass ceiling because there's an unwritten rule only few people of your color will be let in? Did you ever walk down the street and have someone yell out a window, "No (insert race here) in this neighborhood!"? And that's just some of the stuff I know personally.
On more general notes, did you ever get red-lined? Do they burn down your churches, and hang your people from trees down south? Did you ever wake up with a cross burned on your lawn? What race were the guys who got beaten with baseball bats in a neighborhood known for being racist, two different guys in the same neighborhood? How about your neighbor forcing you to move because of your color? I could go on and on!
I want to know about the injustice white people have suffered. Because they sure can dish out injustice like there's no tomorrow!
