Elli wrote me and said that "Ralf has been in confinement since early December because I filed a complaint about a CO going through his trial transcripts and showing around crime scene photos to other CO's. So they are punishing Ralf with 60 days because I dared to cause a ruckus."

She goes on to say that she is "working with the German Conulate to get Ralf out as soon as possible. Ralf finally filed his State Habeas Corpus. Ralf did this Pro Se and I think it came out much better than anything his court appointed appelate counsel wrote. You have my permission to post the Habeas if you would like to."

I am obviously not a lawyer, but it looks to be a pretty impressively created document.
