Dear Mr fieger:
I am a mamber of the clarkston eagles, and there was a brawl over at this club March5, 2005 on this date a man named Eric Smith went inside the eagles that friday night for a fish fry,and since it was open to the public, he and his wife went there, needless to sasy the man was intoxicated with drinking and drugs.
He juckey himself from table to table asking members and patraens to buy him a drink.
The head of trustees told him he was cut off, from deinking,and he stood at the bar asking for another drink the trustees told him againg he was cut off.
So Rick Mc Cullen said some words to him and so did dan karrick, he got angry at karrick, and hit rick mc cullen in the eye, while dan karrick ducked.
The other trustees that was there saw this and perseeded to punch hit and get him to the ground, once on the ground of the clubs floor, Rick Mc Cullen proceeded to kick the mand Eric Smith in between his legs, then kirt la Duke, and mike jewel, Who are trustee that punched and hit him to unconcesness, draged him out of the eagles back door.
Kirt la duke kept hittting this man out side the eagles building at clarkston, then the police we called and the kirt la duke pined him down while the police hand cuffed him and the police punched and hit him alos and threw him in the back of the squad car,the took him to jail.
mean time Ron gretz went to the bathroom, with greg Bradish was behind him Ron walked out of the bathroom and Dan karrick clenched his fist look like he was going to hit Ron gretz, Ron held him around his neck thinking that dan was going to hit him,the bob hosemen told him to let go he did.
mike jewewl that stood next to dan karrick, told him to let go also.
now comes the court case, Ron Grezt, pleaded no contest to this incident, the judge gave him a year probation.
as for eric Smith it is my understanding that he was put in jail and found guilty, now I ask were is the vidio tape of that night, they all convenently do not have the vidio tape it was not turned on they replyed, I found that hard to beleive, since they have several cameras inside the Clarkston Eagles and camera out side also, but for some misterious reson they can not find or locate or even admitt that the cameras wehre running that night to me as a member it sounds prety Fishy wouldn't you say.
Alot of us member have 50k car's and if ther was and incident that would threaten any member then they should have these sycuirty cameras on> you mean to tell me if I were to park my car out side of the Clarkston Eagles that, they would no tknow who, stole it, you mean to sy that if I were in the clarkston eagles an some nut cam in there and hurt one of us members that they would not have the security cameras on?
Or have a picture of what went on that night?
I fell they destroyed the tape becase it made Kirt laduke and Rick Mc Cullen wife and Mike Jewel and Dan karrick look guilty, in this matter, and they would be up for assult and battery and they would have this all on tape, many of the members of the Clarkston Eagles, wonder why? they were not brought to justice,on this matter? I was at home that night and did not see what had happen, but have heard from a number of witnesses what did happen.
I asked them WHY wasn't there a vidio tape on this?
Who do they know, kirt and rick mc cullen,and Dan karrick, mike jewel, brought to justice over asslut and battery, they caused Eric Smith is this how are justice works??
