 Your story is inconsistant. You just better be damn sure what you're talking about if it did happen. If you accuse an innocent person, his life is gone. If you were raped like you say, you should have gone immediately to the hospital with the cops for a rape kit. The best possible evidence is semen/dna. If a cop treated you that way,then you go to the hospital WITHOUT him and the hospital calls in an investigator! You say the guy "admitted" it...then what happened? This don't even sound real to me.
