 If I remember right Fieger had his friend Steve (?) Hnat the psychologist testify, and the supreme court of MI criticized him for saying that she would not have a very long life because of the drug and alcohol use she had during the time of her harrassment. They poo-poo'd that notion when they overturned the verdict.

How sad for her and her family. Can Fieger still sue Daimler on the family's behalf?
