I just watched the episode of American Justice about this. I googled him to see what had become of him. Good God - what a waste of space and resources he is. And his mom had the gaul to say that she felt his conviction was "racially motivated"? Blacks, like any other color, get caught. He did it. Yet blacks trot out the race card. Maybe if they, HEY HERE"S A THOUGHT, quit committing crimes, they wouldn't be in prison in such high numbers, hu? His parents dropped the ball with him when he was a child and this is how it turned out. I'm not saying it's easy to be a single mom, or making any judgement about that at all. But he was in serious trouble and out far too late for his age even before the murder. This guy is clearly a train wreck. I hope he gets the 20 yr sentence for the drugs. It's the only place he belongs.
