Fieger's out there to be sure, but who can argue with success. He wins cases; he works hard for his clients, and I assume he expects at the very least an honest judge. This he didn't get; this woman should have stepped down from the outset. Now she should get sanctions and I hope Fieger's team will complain to the Ohio bar association.
If you weigh Fieger's trial persona against the judge's dishonesty - Fieger wins hands down. He may have been annoying to her, but he didn't do anything dishonest like she did.
