MR fEIGER, i HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH A 14 YEAR OLD EMOTIONAL IMPAIRED CHILD , COMMUNICATION AT SCHOOL HAS BROKEN DOWN , LONG TERM PROBLEM, NOW SCHOOLS SOLUTION SEEMS TO BE LET THE PROSACUTING ATTORNEY HANDEL HIM, THEIR PROBLEM SOLVED . WITH A 3ED..GRADISH EDUCATION , CHILD IN SEVENTH GRADE , A SINGLE MOTHER AND BYRACIAL CHILD, LOCATED IN A LOW INCOME AREA, SMALL TOWN, AND MOSTLY WHITE . lOTS OF DIFFERENCES TO DEAL WITH , MAKING THE PROBLEM EVEN MORE DIFFACULT . HELP?
