And that boat!! I can't believe Geragos is such a putz. Two blocks away from the Court House he parks this GameFisher boat that he ended up having to buy after trying to make a demonstration video showing that Laci could not have been dumped overboard without the boat tipping over. It's a joke.
Turns out that Geragos rented the boat; got a dummy that weighed the same as Laci - l54# - and took it out into the bay. After three tries to show that the boat would tip over, it got swamped with water and the lady who owned the boat was furious. She demanded payment and he ended up buying the boat - the jerk!
Now he is pissed at the judge for not allowing him to show that tape and parked the boat on a parking lot of a building he owns in Redwood City, dummy and all. It is sick cubed, and the longer it sat there the more furious people got. The dummy in the boat was particularly grotesque.
Now I see tonight that people have been coming by, placing flowers in the boat and writing the nastiest notes imaginable directed at Geragos. The report I just watched at 10 PM CST showed a tow truck that Geragos has apparently hired to tow the boat away.
