I don't think this judge dismissed those jurors on a whim. Justin was clearly in violation of the judges orders; the second lady was clearly in violation by researching on her own. The third juror - lawyer/doctor was voted out by his jury and for good reason. They wanted to come to a verdict and he just wanted to plod along - so they voted a new foreman and he didn't like it. What excuse he used - who knows. But had it been nothing but he's a plodder the judge would not have allowed him to leave - he had to have a valid reason and apparently he had one. The guy sounds unstable to begin with.
Thank God for juries who think clearly. It's a good day in Redwood City, CA!!
Geragos is a dummy and he should be ashamed of himself for taking all the Peterson's money and promising everything and producing nothing. His first inclination when this whole thing broke was the best. He said then that Scott was guilty as hell. But then he X-rayed the Peterson's wallets and found out they could come up with the green and he suddenly changed his mind. That's just IMO a travesty.
