Totally disagree; Terri is not falsely imprisoned, she is brain damaged - what part of that do you not get?
The fight is not over whether or not she is compromised, the fight is a power struggle between her husband and her parents. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
Terri, is a pawn in this fight for control of MONEY, of which there is very little left.
She has no voice, no say, no opinion. She is merely at the mercy of whoever in this power struggle has the best case to present.
My opinion, FWIW, is that if the parents win, she will continue to stay where she is - and eventually she will die of an infection or the mercy of some yet unnamed individual.
Do you want to take care of her, then keep this petition going. IMO, this petition and $4 will get you a latte at Starbucks - If I were you I'd go for the latte.
