I, for one, am so relieved that it was upheld!! Terminaly ill patients can now choose with dignity an alternative to forced end of life pain. What horifies me is that the Bush administration was seeking to punish the doctors who were humanely, at their patients' request, help them end their life when there was no quality of life remaining,just unending pain & loss of self determination!! THANK YOU DR. KEVORKIAN !!!!!!!!!!
