I've got a good feeling Geoffrey is going to make sure that when all is said and done every 911 operator either goes by the book or out the door. That 911 operator was nasty, verbally and emotionally abusive to that little boy. I would have that jury look at that woman in the eye and dare her to say she was doing her job. the 911 operator it could be argued may have cost that mother her life. A nice long time in a cell might help her think of how she should have handled herself after 19 years on the job. and shame on her superiors for backing her up for the almighty institution of cya. Geoff go for it, if anyone can rouse up the very heart of this tragedy it's you.
