After taking a short break for unknown "personal reasons", Nick Crawley has returned with another fantastic song that has got fans and critics alike just waiting to hear more.
Unlike the moody, deep songs we have come to expect from Nick this is a moving but lighthearted love song that makes great use of Nick's musical talent on various instruments.
(Guitar)
Sometimes I sit here,
Watching you watching me,
And I watch the world in you.
Six billion people,
And we're really just the same,
Well, I'd like to think that's true.
If mine are the only eyes admiring,
If mine are the only arms protecting,
If my heart's the only one that's loving,
Then what are we here for?
If I'm the only one to feel this love,
Then what's the point?
Tell me I'm not the only one.
I'm not the lonely only one.
Only one, only one, only one.
There must be more. (More, more, more.)
(Guitar and Drums)
Mine are the only eyes admiring you,
Mine are the only arms protecting you,
My heart's the only one that's loving you,
And that's enough for me.
But what about the other people?
What's the point for them?
If they don't have you.
Sometimes I think about them other people.
Wondering what they're living for.
I hope they have a girl as beatiful as you to watch.
Perhaps her eyes are sparkling just like yours.
It doesn't matter what the language,
I just want to know,
That someone else can say "I love you",
I hope they have a love as strong as ours.
What else are they living for?
(Drums)
