Ah, yes, toast. Everyone tells me "Oh, but you must be able to cook beans on toast." Actually, I can't. My mum absolutely doted on me when she was still alive and I hadn't even seen a toaster until I went to uni! Needless to say, they first time I tried to make toast was a disaster.

Sounds good!

Thanks. I'm always glad to know someone enjoys my music. So, what do you do for a living?
>lol! Helen? Is that your girlfriend/wife/etc.?
Yup, girlfriend, soon-to-be wife as I proposed a couple of months ago. We're still deciding the exact date but we'll probably be getting married this year.

I'm glad your mum's better, I know how stressful ill parents can be.
I'm fine, I decided to take a break today and Helen and I just spent the day together in the garden because it was sunny for once. It was so good just to do nothing, you know? And now I get to laugh at Helen who has managed to turn red as a tomato even though she absolutely covered herself in sun cream. Or maybe be nice and rub in some aftersun.
How has your day been? Is your mum still okay?
