Courtie!!!
I am great, thanks. How're you, Andy, and the chillins? :P Caulan's family is SUPER nice. His mom, Nessa, is the best cook in the world. She made this Irish Stew with Mint Sour Cream and then Soda Bread and Dilled Cabbage Potatoes. It was actually good! lol! His dad, Sean, is so funny. I love him! His sister, Nessa (just like his mom) was the only sibling to come, but she's so sweet. She wants me and her to take a trip to Dublin when I come back. :) I looove his family!
How was Thanksgiving? Isn't Brook having a girl? I was telling Gabby about it but totally forgot. It's a girl, right? Katilin? Well, Andrianna's grandmother is on her way back to the states now. Brey and myself, on the other hand, are staying until Monday. Caulan didn't want us to leave so soon, so we're staying. I'm okay with that cause I get the good leftovers.
I didn't cook much, but Caulan taught me how to make Black Bun Shamrock Cookies. It's really cool. They basically take currants and soak them in whiskey and all. It's acutally for the Scottish New Year, but Caulan said he wanted to teach me how to make something and that was the only thing he could make. lol...

Miss you loads!

Hugs and kisses,
Sara
