Subject: My son Zack

My 4 year old son, Zack contracted Cocksackie virus that attacked his liver so badly that he needed a liver transplant, we flew him down to the Red Cross Childrens Hospital, but he passed away 2 weeks later on 30.03.2006 whilst awaiting a transplant. Its been 3 months of sheer hell since he passed away. I miss him so badly, I keep hearing him telling me he's scared and wonder if he's in a safe place, I feel guilty about not thinking about him every minute of the day. Holding him while he died was the hardest thing Ive ever done and its an image that is seered on my mind, sometimes I cant even picture him smiling.
How does one move forward from this?
Regards,
Jeannette.
