Dear THeresa, I am so sorry you are feeling ill. I think everyone is under the weather. I had an earache and i put some balm on a q tip and gently applied it in my ear and the pain went away. I had a sore throat and i took some echinacea with goldenseal. THose two herbs are excellent for flu and viruis'. I did a lot of reading on it, its good for all viral infections... and thats mostly whats going around.

whatever herb you got will do sometimes. hope you are feeling better real soon. Sending healing prayers to you.
