I am reading 2 new books by Elizabeth Clare Prophet. Higher Self, and Violet Flame to heal body mind & soul.

Has anyone gotten into this stuff? I feel I am ready for it. I tried to enter the Violet Flame before retiring to bed, and my dreams have been weird. I don't know why I keep dreaming about this old ex who abused me. Perhaps, this area needs healing.

Has anyone had experience with the violet flame or repeated decrees?
