Just below the part on "ICQ Number", there is this instruction that says "Upload your picture (80x80 max pixels, may be smaller) (.gif, .jpg, .png accepted)" and a BROWSE button. First, you must have your picture sized to 80x80 pixels ready. Note where you place the picture in your computer so that you can find it later. When you click the browse button, a pop-up should show and use it to look for the picture you placed in your computer. Click on the file, and OK. Then, save (submit changes) using the button right below the edit page. If you still don't see your picture, logout and re-login.
