I guess you are right. It may be better for her to go to another medium.

Perhaps, you can suggest that to her since the online medium has already read you and your twinsoul... and this particular medium's impressions may get tainted by the previous reading.

Starting afresh with a new medium will give better confirmation to her if your twinsoul does come through and tell her the same thing. In scientific experiments, we have a similar thing, so-called "double-blind test".

Hope this may generate more ideas towards an elegant solution.
