Arella had stopped by the Quartz passage early that morning, and since would not be expecting Heath for another few hours, chose to begin her morning meditation and chanting there. She sat in the traditional full-lotus posture, upon a seat that had been carved by terrakinetics right out of the rock itself. Her wings were comfortably folded on her back so as to stay out of the way. The eerie lavender-blue light from the crystals shone unwavering on her face, illuminating the beautiful features. With her back straight, Arella�s dark-chocolate hair spilled in waterfall-like ringlets over her shoulders.

Silently she repeated the elongated mantra �Om� in her mind, letting go of all consciousness of the world around her. Finally, in a deeper state of mind, Arella could feel the vibrations. For her, being not terrakinetic, the vibrations of the crystals were weak but her telekinesis helped her to feel them. Soon Heath would choose a crystal, a lifelong companion, and one of these crystals would leave the caves for the first time. That is� if he chose the life of a Lightworker. Arella stirred, remembering to keep her thoughts at bay during meditation.
