-apperance- Julian looks upon the world with eyes of brilliant emerald, that glow gently with a strange and alluring innocence and naivety , also a simmering power. His ashy blond hair falls about his eyes, resting just above his collar, hanging how ever it wishes to. He stands just a little under six foot, with the frame that is lithe and strong, but not skinny and bony. His skin is of milk and honey, a soft ivory with a shimmer of a warm tinge upon his cheeks, this accentuating his delicate rose bud lips and dark feminine lashes. He is what could be called a pretty boy, often looking many years younger than he is, the pain filled innocence that marks his eyes alluring and alluding . He is seductive and alluring in a masculine and feminine fashion, with long fingered hands of soft un-blemished skin. He is almost ethereal in his beauty, almost angelic, but for the shadows that often seem to haunt him, the way he stands and reacts to the world about him.

-personality-Julian is a mentally disrupted person, after the cruel treatment from his 'family' and his solitary confinement, which has left permanent scars on his mind and soul. His freedom cured some of these, but most are now simply apart of who they young man is. He is an intelligent youth, very quick witted, with an almost photographic memory. He is an introvert and does not understand other peoples reactions correctly, he has little self confidence nor confidence in others, but he still manages to be fairly pessimistic and bright spirited. When in a good mood he become animated, talking a lot more than in common, but he quickly slips back into his quite watching. Julian knows that his physical appearance is alluring and seductive, but is not arrogant or cocky, for he has been treated to bad for this to develop. Often he can be very naive and trusting, accepting things as they come, out of fear of finding out something he doesn't want to know. When given the chance he studies history, and remembers it well but fails to see the patterns of failures in some historical figures.

His mind contains many scars from his past, a fear of inclosed spaces, of many people, of complete silence, and now being alone. HIs illusions, though once under his control come and go with little understand on his behalf, sometimes comming when he thinks for them but, many times without his knowledge.

-history- His parents were both well known haters of Indigo's, both of them experience and feared Neutrals.Never did they expect to have such a child as they did, one cursed by all they hated. At first it was not obviouse to the young couple that anything was wrong with the beautiful baby, but just before he reach adolecance, the truth dawned upon them. Julian knew what had to be done to him, to make him 'right' once more, as he had been brough up with all the hates of Indigo's just like his parents. But he knew it was not right, not right to make him be what he was not, and to take away the almost fantasticle gifts that had been given to him.

He had run away,but 'they' tracked him down and dragged him back home, where his deeply upset parents decided against the choice to nutralise him.Becuase they were such well known memebers of the communtiy,they were allowed to treat thei son in their own way. This involved many years of solitary isolation and deprivation of comforts, in a hope to train the angelic boy from his taint.

They thought it had worked, but instead it had just made the clever boy hide from them what he knew....And thus he came to the age eighteen, and as his parents expected, join the Neutrals, and in his own way, went out to make the world safer.

-introduction post- It was night. Pure dark and un tainted by the noise of the city. He sighed soft,lookiong up to gazed gently upon the stars. Their silver light filtered through the sparse decoration of clouds, lighting his face up, as though an angelic light shone upon it. He was a beautiful man, no other words could describe his rose bud like lips and emerald green eyes, except perhaps for angelic. His bare feet moved slightly, and he relished in the feel of the soft dewy grass between his toes. The feeling taking him back to days gone by, days that were so much simpler than they were now.

Effectivly, Julian was a double agent, a betrayer of his parents and family, but also of his kind,the people who were curse like him, Indigo's. He sighed and shifted his weight, rising from the ground smoothly and elegantly,looking about self conciously. He smirked slightly, knowing no one else would be down here, in the middle of the night.
