Personally I have never been initiated into Kriya, so I do not know all about the different "roads" so to speak.

I just know that when I close my eyes and focus my attention (ever since I was a kid!) I feel currents of divine light rise threw my spine and go out threw the top of my head?? (I always wondered what these were until I read autobiography of a yogi)

I really do not believe I am ready for "more" right now but one day when time is right I suppose? For now I cannot imagine trying to get threw my "worldly-day" with more of these sensations than I have now.

Getting back to H's post, I dont know actually what this has to do with anything but: Thanks!
