Dear friends,

It seems that after the Proud of 20 event, many of you has been energized and actively participate in many sports. It is really a good news and I am quite happy to see it (becuase I am a fitness instructor/personal trainer who aims to encourage people to do more exercises, building up body and mind fitness and maintain a good health).

I would be very happy to start from the end of November to have regular running exercises with all of you. However, as my recent working schedule is very unstable, I cannot confirm with all of you at this moment. I am planning to have at least one-session at the weekend (either Saturday/Sunday) in the evening cause I will get off work earlier (if I need to work). If it is possible, I am planning to arrange an additional one on weekends but the day will be very irregular. I can, of course, provide some guidelines to all of you in preparing the race.

Anyway, see you all.

Let's spreading out the energetic atmosphere to all CityU people.

Cheers,

Matthew
