Many people don't watch tv as they prefer doing other things. And that's good. But I love it when sanctimonious people tell they don't watch tv. I respond with, " I watch a LOT of tv. I love dramas, and good movies, and documentaries, and dance shows, and watching talented people in their various fields. I like watching the news to see what is going on in the world, and biographies and science programs, and comedies, and trash reality shows.. Really smart, cultured people don't make a big deal about not watching television. The do or they don't. Who cares. But the tiresome culture snobs who say it as a put down, as if they are culturally superior--they are the ones I like to turn the tables on, and I am quite at ease doing so.
