Ouija Board Scare (Please Help!!)

Hey, Fi! Im a fellow paranormal lover and I finally put it into practice. Im puzzled about one thing though, does a ouija board, even a homemade one, really work?
My friend and I made a ouija board one day and we think it may have actually worked! we used a shot glass thateally did move by itself. We talked to a little girl spirit, who answered a few questions, and she said i may die when I was 17 in a car crash. I'm 15 and as my 17th birthday draws closer, I get more and more scared. Help please!!!
